Meetings at Hotel Prinz – easy to get to, great location and professional consultation

You are looking for a central location for an event, with the appropriate infrastructure for business meetings, seminars, readings or speeches? Our bright meeting rooms offer you a space for creative thinking and lively discussions.

Depending on your needs, we have a 55-sq-m (600-sq-ft) space for 25 people and an  18-sq-m (200-sq-ft) space for meetings with up to 15 people. Both rooms have a large window, can be blacked out for presentations, and are situated on the quiet garden side of the facility. There is a spacious bar and lounge area adjacent to the large conference room that you can of course also use as part of your event. 
We can arrange the ideal menu to suit you and your guests. In summer, breaks in the action can be enjoyed with homemade cake and lemonade on the sunny terrace.

Meeting equipment such as bulletin boards, flip charts, overhead projectors and presentation materials are provided free of charge. If you need a beamer or other materials, we can organize it for you at the cost we incur.

WLAN is available throughout the facility.

You are planning a private party, celebrating a big birthday, organizing a class reunion or marking another occasion? At Hotel Prinz, your special event will be arranged by professional planners in appealing rooms that suit your needs.

Our restaurant can provide you with a personalized event menu for up to 60 guests.

Our large event room with bar and lounge provides space for up to 25 people.

In summer, our garden is ideal for informal receptions, aperitifs or summer parties. Upon request, our chef happily takes on the role of “grillmeister”. Or we can set tables for up to 20 guests on the terrace.

We are happy to consult you on the right choice of setting, decoration and food/beverages. If we can be helpful in organizing transportation, excursions or music, don’t hesitate to let us know!
